The system makes it possible to centrally record used items (e.g. green fees, tournament entry fees, etc.) for a specific group of players and generate statistics. The system has been in use at the CLubs in Jersbek, Sachsenwald (Albatros), Großensee and Grambek since 2018. There, members of an additional membership can book „Golf on 4 courses“ and can then also play „like a member“ free of charge on the other three courses or only pay the member entry fee for tournaments.
In 2020, we are now also using the system at the seven Migros facilities in Switzerland - where the „Migros Golf Pass“ is used to record statistics.
The module requires „Online CRM“ and „PREMIUM synchronisation“. The online CRM ensures that all members are transferred to PCCO on a daily basis. This ensures that all current members are always available for the query. Special additional information is then added to the attachments, which the respective customers who have booked the special subscription receive. In the case of Jersbek and Co. this was „MPLUS“, at Migros it is „MIGOGPA“, „MIGROGPB“ and „MIGRGPC“ (you need three, because only GPA allows complete free use, while GPB is only valid during the week and GPC always has to be checked again manually by the local system (special memberships that may not even exist in the other systems).
After preparation (see below), a call is then sent to PCCO each time such an item is booked, in which the item, the customer number and the time are noted. The systems themselves receive monthly usage statistics.
Once the necessary preparations have been made at PCCO (including installation of the PCCO person transfer for members), the system is activated using the „VoucherPlus([EDIT])“ macro. The PCCO access data of the CLub must then be stored there, as well as the abbreviation defined by PCCO that is to be synchronised. If necessary, as with Migros, this can be more than one. Important: After OK, please call up the macro again, if successful you will then also see the clubs and areas determined in the lower area
The corresponding articles are then assigned via timetable rules - in order for a transfer to take place, „VP:XXXXX“ must be entered in the identifier, where XXXXX stands for the category of the article (e.g. MPLUS).
That's it - as soon as such an article is booked, it is transferred to PCCO in the background.
The system always requests the current status of a person from PCCO again when an intranet check is carried out, so it makes sense to activate this for the actions in the timetable, in the cash register and for the bag day:
KASS_INTRCHK ⇒ Check when calling up the person in the cash register
GREE_INTRCHK ⇒ Check when printing the bag tag (especially useful for the A4 scorecard)
TIME_INTRCHK ⇒ Check when booking in the timetable
The result of all this is a report that is sent to the clubs once a month, which shows the distribution of the players, but also the TOP10 players.
