This function allows you to quickly change waiter names if you are working with seasonal staff or „hired waiters“ for events, for example. To do this, you need more rights in PC CADDIE than just booking and cashiering, but you do not need supervisor rights, as is necessary for processing via password management.

For a better overview, it is advisable to only display the catering accesses. Two things need to be set once for this:

1. Go to Settings/Programme settings/Cash register operator key.
   
   Select the button Operator lock basic settings.
   
   This box must be ticked. The other settings remain unchanged. Close both windows with OK.
2. Go to Settings/Password management and place a „K“ and a number from „01“ to „99“ with a space in front of each catering employee's name.
   
   Your catering accesses are now clearly displayed under the user names.
   
   Select the access you want to change and select Edit.
   
   You are automatically in the correct field to change the name. The K01-K99 is not displayed here. Then confirm the window with OK.

Please only change the short name after consulting PC CADDIE Support.
