Voucher list

You will find in PC CADDIE under Sales/contribution types/articles/print…/lists/voucher list the complete voucher list of vouchers sold and redeemed to date, including remaining balance and cancellations.

1. Value of the voucher
2. Date of issue
3. Redemption date and/or partial redemption
4. Redeemed amount
5. Remaining balance of a partially redeemed voucher
6. Total balance that the club still has to redeem

Vouchers that have „expired“ must be cancelled manually with an offsetting entry via the cash register. In principle, the general legal principles and expiry periods for voucher administrations must be taken into account here.
