====== User list ====== You can open the user list via the command **//System/User list//** or via the macro "user" under **//green i/Macros//** to call up the user list. In this list you can see all computers in the network that work with Pcc. {{en:einstellungen:userliste:userlist.png|}} - In the first column **//Name//** column shows the name of the user who is logged in to Pcc (name with which he is stored in the password management). - The second column **//PC//** column shows the name of the computer in the network. This name is defined under Windows in the system property (e.g. server, WS cash register, WS secretary). - The third column **//Activity//** column shows when Pcc was last used on this computer. - **//Open Files//** shows which Pcc databases are open and currently in use. Here you can check whether all workstations are using the same Pcc version. You should definitely pay attention to this. If you have loaded an update, you can quickly check whether the update has already been loaded on all workstations. In this example, both workstations have the same version; if a different version is active, a date would appear before the databases are displayed. The Pcc Support Team can use the function keys to execute various macros, lock and unlock workstations. TIP Before you want to make any changes here, please contact the Pcc Support Team.
